About the project

MyReha is nyra health’s digital neurotherapy platform designed to support stroke survivors and patients with neurological conditions across home and clinical settings. The app delivers personalized therapy plans in areas such as cognition, speech, and language, while clinics benefit from dashboards that track progress and adjust treatment.

Certified as a medical device and developed with input from clinical experts, MyReha combines a broad library of exercises with insurance integration, making advanced rehabilitation accessible, scalable, and credible within healthcare systems.

Client’s challenges & expectations

nyra health needed to strengthen MyReha’s usability for both patients and clinics while ensuring the design aligned with medical credibility. A recurring challenge was that flows such as onboarding, therapy plans, and progress tracking felt inconsistent across devices, which risked confusing patients — many of whom have cognitive impairments. On the clinic side, the dashboard lacked basic functions like easy search, sorting, and visible discharge actions, slowing down therapists’ daily work.

The client expected the design team to resolve these usability issues while keeping the product’s clinical reliability intact. Their requests included consistent card designs, clearer CTAs for premium upgrades, improved streak and progress screens, and dashboard optimizations for patient management. Importantly, nyra health wanted these changes delivered quickly to support insurance discussions and market readiness, without disrupting the elements that were already working well for users.
