Artgrafii wanted Routine Hero to stand out in the crowded wellness app market by offering a calm, clutter-free experience that reduces cognitive overload, a motivating, playful environment where users feel encouraged rather than pressured, and a streamlined user flow that simplifies onboarding and daily use.

The main business pain point was differentiation: how to avoid becoming “just another habit app” and instead build a product that supports both personal productivity and emotional engagement.

    • Simplified flows for starting a routine, viewing progress, and customizing posts
    • Added flexible navigation to balance structure and creativity
  3. Visual and brand direction
    • Developed a supportive, soft aesthetic using muted greens and neutrals with warm accents for focus cues
    • Selected DM Sans typeface for its readability and approachable tone
    • Integrated playful geometric elements inspired by poster and social media design, turning the app into a “creative canvas” rather than a strict tracker
  4. Conversion & engagement elements
    • Customizable cards, tags, and post templates make tracking feel personal and shareable
    • Progress insights were presented in clear visual forms, supporting long-term engagement and user loyalty

Results

Routine Hero now has a cohesive design system and streamlined user experience that sets a strong foundation for growth. While long-term product metrics are not yet publicly available, early signs suggest that the simplified flows and supportive visual identity position the app well for higher engagement, stronger differentiation, and easier marketing communication.
